The policy was clear enough, but it felt like more effort than it needed to be. I had to spend extra time reading through it when it probably could’ve been shorter and easier to get through...

I was really surprised by how many different styles they had. It’s a nice shop and I ended up finding more than I expected.

I remember sitting there just trying to find the right size, and it felt way more frustrating than it should’ve. The pages were loading so slowly, and every time I thought I was close, it took a bunch more clicks to get where I needed. It kind of took the excitement out of shopping.

The shop was easy to use overall!! I did run into a few items I wanted being out of stock, though. Some sizes came back later, but others never did, so I had to keep checking back more than I would’ve liked. Not a terrible experience at all, just wish the inventory was updated a bit more consistently.

It just feels overpriced. For what it is, the cost doesn’t seem fair.

I did eventually get my order confirmation, so that was nice, I guess. It took longer than I expected to show up, and when it finally did, it didn’t really include enough details to make me feel confident the order had actually gone through. I ended up having to log into my account and double-check it myself, which kind of defeats the point of a confirmation email, but sure

My order came through fine and I didn't have no issues with the items, but the shipping cost felt a bit high for what I bought. I might shop here again, but probably only if the delivery fees aren't so much next time.

I had a feeling these weren’t going to hold up, and unfortunately I was right. After only two wears, they already started ripping. I was hoping to be proven wrong, but this just confirmed my first impression, definitely not worth it.

From what I remember, the checkout was quick and straightforward. I didn’t run into any strange errors, and the payment went through without any trouble. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I browse the new arrivals every now and then, there are definitely some cute pieces. But sometimes it feels like everything starts to look kind of the same?? It’s not a bad selection at all, I just wish there were more different styles to choose from

I really liked how this looked online, but once it arrived... I don’t know, it just felt a lot cheaper than I expected. The material is thin, and I noticed the stitching was kind of messy in a few places. It’s not completely unusable or anything, I’ll probably still use it for now, but I don’t see it holding up very long. For the price, I was expecting better quality...

I had to exchange my order for a different size, and I was expecting customer service to make it a whole thing because I never fully trust support teams to actually follow through. But they replied quickly, got the exchange sorted, and the new size showed up without any drama. Nice experience overall.

I checked out Shop Moco to see if they had any good discounts, and there were definitely a few sales going on. Some items had decent markdowns, which was nice, but others still felt a little expensive, not exactly the bargain I was hoping for, you know? It’s probably worth checking if you happen to catch the right deal, but I wouldn’t say it’s the most consistent place for saving money...

It’s comfy enough overall, so I’m not, like, upset about it or anything. But yeah, sometimes it gets kind of scratchy and I just sit there pretending it’s not bothering me. Totally fine though. Mostly.

I’m frustrated at this point. The issue still hasn’t been fixed, and every time I follow up it feels like I’m just getting told it’s because of some policy or process. I get that rules exist, but from a customer’s side, it’s really disappointing when nothing actually gets resolved.

I ordered a ceramic mug from shopmoco and overall I’m happy with it. The color and shape looked just like the photos, which feels like a rare luxury online these days. The only thing is that it seemed a little bigger on the site than it did when I opened the box, but it’s not a major deal. Shipping was fine, and it was packed well enough to arrive in one piece, which is always a nice plot twist. I’m giving it 4 stars because the photos were accurate, but one picture showing the actual size would’ve saved me from briefly thinking I had ordered a mug for giants.

I reached out to them for help with this issue, but the replies I got were really short and didn’t actually fix anything. It felt like they weren’t all that interested in helping, which was frustrating.

The site does work, but it feels dated and a little cluttered. Some of the pages just don’t look very clean, so browsing around was more annoying than I expected. I also felt like some of the wording was kind of misleading, like it made things sound simpler or clearer than they actually were once I clicked through. It’s not awful or anything, just not really my style and a bit frustrating to use.
